The security of user data and activities is paramount for any application, and Wisely is no exception. To safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of user information, Wisely incorporates a robust security module focused on monitoring login activities and maintaining an audit log.
Security management includes the following:
Login Activity
This feature is designed to track and record all user authentication attempts within the Wisely platform. This includes successful logins, failed attempts, and other authentication-related events.
View Login Activity
To view the login activities of users,
Navigate to Settings-->Security from the left menu.
Click the Login Activity.
The login activity page opens.The login activity tracks the following details, include:
Name: The name of a registered user.
Date & Time: The exact date and time when the user logged in.
IP Address: The IP address from which the login was made, often used for security monitoring.
Device Type: Information about the device used for login. For example, Windows PC or Macbook Pro.
Geo Location: The geographical location associated with the IP address.
Success/Failure Status: Whether the login attempt was successful or failed.
Action: The type of actions taken by the user. For example, view, and edit.

Audit Trail Events
Wisely provides a comprehensive record of all significant actions performed within the platform. The audit log is essential for troubleshooting, compliance, and forensic investigations.
You can perform the actions for each module described in the following table:

Actioned By: Identifies who or what triggered the action.
Module: Specifies the main section of the platform where the action occurred.
Sub-module: Details the specific area within the module where the action took place.
Action: Describes the specific task performed, such as "Create" or "Delete."
Date & Time: Logs when the action was executed.
Resource Reference: Which sub-modules have been updated?
Status: Indicates the current state or outcome of the action. For example: Failure or Success. If failed, the reason for failure will be displayed.
