Wisely supports entity registration, a mandatory requirement to deliver a message, with telecom authorities across multiple countries by aligning with their regulatory requirements. The entity includes details such as the company name, business type, and why the company wants to send messages.
Once authorities approve the entity requests, an entity ID gets generated which can be mapped to the Sender ID and the relevant Templates to deliver a message successfully.
Add Entities

To add entities,
Login to the Wisely account with your valid credentials.
Navigate to Channels -->SMS --> Sender ID from the left menu.
By default, an entity tab opens.Click Add Entity at the top right corner.
Complete the following details.
Field
Description
Entity Name
Name of your organization or company.
A maximum of 15 characters is allowed.
Entity ID
A numeric identifier to represent an entity. A minimum of 12 characters and a maximum of 19 characters are allowed.
Country
The name of the country to which that entity belongs.
Register
Approved authorities that accept or reject your entity. For example, the DLT platform in India.
Click Submit.
