Notifications

Overview$

Notifications are alerts or messages that inform users about events, activities, updates, or important information on the Wisely platform. They are designed to keep users informed and prompt them to take specific actions if necessary. Wisely delivers notifications via Email or SMS or both to Admin/Super admin or creator.

Wisely delivers notifications for the following events:

Customise Notifications$

Wisely enables you to customise your notifications for alerting your enterprise users via email, SMS or both when a user performs an action. The notifications are set for the following severity levels.

Severity Level Description
Critical Take immediate action
High Take action, but not immediately
Medium Warning
Low No action required
Information Notifies information

To customize your notifications,

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account Details→ Notifications from the left menu.

  2. Click the gear icon (gear) at the top right corner.
    The notifications settings page opens.

  3. Click Edit and checkbox next to each severity level for your desired channels including SMS, Email or both.

  4. Click Save.
    Your notification settings will be saved.

To customize your notifications,

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account Details→ Notifications from the left menu.

  2. Click the gear icon (gear) at the top right corner.
    The notifications settings page opens.

  3. Click Edit and checkbox next to each severity level for your desired channels including SMS, Email or both.

  4. Click Save.
    Your notification settings will be saved.

Unsubscribe Notifications$

You can unsubscribe the notifications for certain events or all (defined in the overview section) that you and your team are no longer required to receive.

You can unsubscribe from the notifications for,

All Events$

To unsubscribe notifications for all events,

  1. Navigate to Settings →Account Details→ Notifications from the left menu.

  2. Click the gear icon (gear) at the top right corner.
    The notifications settings page opens.

  3. Click Edit and unselect checkbox next to each severity level for your desired channels including SMS or Email or both.

  4. Click Save.
    You have unsubscribed events will be listed on the below page.

To unsubscribe notifications for all events,

  1. Navigate to Settings →Account Details→ Notifications from the left menu.

  2. Click the gear icon (gear) at the top right corner.
    The notifications settings page opens.

  3. Click Edit and unselect checkbox next to each severity level for your desired channels including SMS or Email or both.

  4. Click Save.
    You have unsubscribed events will be listed on the below page.

Specific Events$

To unsubscribe notifications for specific events,

  1. Navigate to Settings →Account Details → Notifications from the left menu.

  2. Click the gear icon (gear) at the top right corner.
    The notifications settings page opens.

  3. Click Add.
    The side menu opens.

  4. In the Event field, search or select an event from the drop-down menu. For example, SENDERID CHANNEL ACTIVATION.

  5. In the Channel field, select an Email or SMS or Both.

    Note

    The channels vary based on your selected event.

  6. Click Unsubscribe.
    Your unsubscribed events will be updated on the below page.

To unsubscribe notifications for specific events,

  1. Navigate to Settings →Account Details → Notifications from the left menu.

  2. Click the gear icon (gear) at the top right corner.
    The notifications settings page opens.

  3. Click Add.
    The side menu opens.

  4. In the Event field, search or select an event from the drop-down menu. For example, SENDERID CHANNEL ACTIVATION.

  5. In the Channel field, select an Email or SMS or Both.

    Note

    The channels vary based on your selected event.

  6. Click Unsubscribe.
    Your unsubscribed events will be updated on the below page.

Re-subscribe Notifications$

You changed your mind and would like to re-subscribe the notifications which were unsubscribed previously.

To re-subscribe the notifications for specific or all events,

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account Details → Notifications from the left menu.

  2. Click the gear icon (gear) at the top right corner.
    The notifications settings page opens.

  3. Click the Re-subscribe next to each event as shown in the image below.
