Know Your Intents

The DIY bot supports below integration & communication messages:

• Part A: Bot sends
• Part B: Bot Asks
• Part C: Channel Specific
• Part D: Flow control
• Part E: Integrations

How to Customise Intents

• Click on the intent icon from right menu to add in bot flow.
• Double click to open intent editor to customise it.

• Click on Save to save all changes.

  Note

  • It is important to fill all mandatory fields in an intent else you cannot publish a bot.
  • A single intent can be copied/deleted.
  • Multiple intents can be selected and copied/deleted/added to a block.

Blocks: Groups of intent/mini flows or journeys added to a large complex bot. Block can be named for ease of identification, you can also add a description to explain the journey within the block.
