Left Sidebar Navigation

The left-hand corner of the platform features a set of icons that serve as primary navigation tools:

• Dashboard
  Access the main dashboard of the platform. This section provides a consolidated view of all your chatbots.

• Integrations
  Use this section to create and manage your live chat account via Surbo Chat.

• Templates
  View pre-defined, rule-based chatbot templates created by the SuperAdmin.
  Additional templates can be created or existing ones hidden by users with SuperAdmin access.

• Analytics
  This section provides access to advanced analytics. Upon clicking the Analytics icon, users will be redirected to Surbo’s Advanced Analytics dashboard.

  Note

  When users access this from Infinito, the Surbo logo will be hidden to maintain platform branding consistency.

Top-Right Corner Functionality

• Create from Scratch

  Located in the top-right corner, this button allows you to create a new chatbot from scratch.
  You can choose between:
