Overview

Baseline, a Campaign Manager’s unique feature, is driven by the AI/ML algorithms to create a base reference for the current campaign messages based on the past campaign’s data. The metrics in past data include open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels of your campaign.

AI/ML algorithms identify the patterns in the data, and they establish a baseline for future campaigns that might achieve similar results. For example, a campaign that targets 100 users, but 30 users have shown interest in your campaign. In this use case, AI/ML algorithms identified that 30% of users have a high propensity to react to a campaign, so it creates 30% of users as a baseline for the future campaign. If the future campaign achieves a 40% click-through rate, then the campaign performed better than the baseline.

A baseline provides a point of reference for evaluating campaign performance, guiding optimizations, and adapting to changes over time. It works by continuously learning from data, enabling enterprises to improve their strategies and achieve better results.

Note

Currently, the baseline feature is supported for SMS and Truecaller channels only.
