Campaign Tags

Campaign Tags are the keywords that are used to identify the campaign for better tracking and management, and billing purposes. Each channel has its own set of campaign tags. If there are no campaign tags available for a channel, you can create a new campaign tag. You can create campaign tags for SMS, RCS, Truecaller and Whatsapp channels for each enterpise.

Creating a Campaign Tag

Authorized Users:

  • Admin
  • Super Admin

To create a campaign tag,

  1. Login to the Wisely platform using your username and password.

  2. Navigate to the Apps → Campaign Manager from the left menu.
    By default, you will be navigated to the Campaign page.

  3. Select Settings from the bottom left menu.
    The settings page opens.

  4. Click Campaign tags at the top of the page.
    The campaign tags page opens.

  5. Click + New Campaign Tag at the top right corner.
    A create campaign tag form opens.

  6. Select your desired enterprise from the dropdown menu that you want to assign to the campaign tag.

  7. Select the channel that you want to attibute the campaign tag to. The channels are:

    1. SMS
    2. RCS
    3. Truecaller
    4. Whatsapp

  8. Click Create Campaign Tag.
    The campaign tag will be created and appears in the campaign tag listing page. You can use this campaign tag while creating campaigns for the selected channel.

Deleting a Campaign Tag

Authorized Users:

  • Admin
  • Super Admin

To delete a campaign tag,

  1. Login to the Wisely platform using your username and password.

  2. Navigate to the Apps → Campaign Manager from the left menu.
    By default, you will be navigated to the Campaign page.

  3. Select Settings from the bottom left menu.
    The settings page opens.

  4. Click Campaign tags at the top of the page.
    The campaign tags page opens.

  5. Click Trash bin icon next to the campaign tag that you want to delete.
    A confirmation popup opens.

  6. Click Yes, Delete to confirm the deletion.
    The campaign tag will be deleted and removed from the campaign tag listing page.

    Note

    You cannot delete a campaign tag that is being used in a campaign.
