Export Settings

The export settings in Campaign Manager enable you to customise the campaign performance report format (including or excluding column names), schedule a campaign report at your convenience and include the target recipients to whom the report is to be delivered. In addition to adding a target audience, the scheduled report can be downloaded from the exports feature.

Setup Report Format$

Authorized Users:

  • Admin
  • Super Admin

To configure a report format for a campaign,

  1. Navigate to Settings → Export Settings from the left menu bar.

  2. Click the Setup Detailed Report Format.
    The sliding window opens.

  3. Click the Setup Report Format.
    The report format settings open.

  4. On the left menu, checkbox next to the parameters that you want to include.

  5. On the right menu, arrange the column names in your desired order.

  6. Click Save.

Schedule Detailed Reports$

Scheduled reports allow users to automatically send comprehensive campaign performance data to designated recipients at specified intervals, ensuring timely insights without the need for manual report generation. These reports can be configured for any messaging channel, such as SMS, WhatsApp, Truecaller, or RCS, and tailored to meet specific reporting needs.

To schedule a campaign report,

  1. Navigate to Settings → Export Settings from the left menu bar.

  2. Click the Detailed Report Schedules.
    The sliding window opens.

  3. Click the +Schedule at the top right corner.
    The schedule page opens.

  4. In the Schedule Name field, enter a name for your schedule.

  5. In the Channels field, select one or more channels that you would prefer to add from the drop-down menu.

  6. Under Frequency, select your desired option from the following items.

    • Daily: allows you to send a report on a specific date and time.
    • Weekly: allows you to send a report on a specific day and time in a week.
    • Monthly: allows you to send a report repeatedly in a month on a specific date and time.
  7. Under Ends, select your desired option.

    • Never: allows you to send reports repeatedly throughout the week and month on specified dates and times.
    • On: allows you to end your schedule by entering an end date.
  8. In the Recipients field, select the recipient names to whom you want to send the report from the drop-down menu.

  9. Click Schedule at the bottom right of the screen.

Manage Scheduled Reports$

You can manage the scheduled reports from the Settings→ Export Settings → Detailed Report Schedules page. To edit, pause, resume, and restart the scheduled reports, click the ellipses icon located next to each scheduled report in the list.

Note that the Edit and Pause options are enabled for schedule reports that are in the “Active” state. Restart option is enabled for schedule reports that are in the “Completed” and “Delete” states. The resume option is enabled for schedule reports that are in the "Paused” state
