Reports
Reports provide multiple insights into campaign performance across various channels, including SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and Truecaller. These reports consist of cards displaying performance metrics with values shown in percentages and numbers. The metrics help businesses determine which channel drives the most engagement, identify underperforming channels, and adjust investments accordingly.
The metrics shown in the report are:

Total Records: Indicates the total number of target users:

Processed: Number of successful submissions from the campaign manager.

Unprocessed: Number of internal submission errors.

Total Messages: Indicates the total number of successful message submissions:

Delivered: Number of users who successfully received the message.
-
Undelivered: Number of users for whom the message delivery failed.

Total Reads: Total number of reads recorded for this campaign:
-
Unique Reads: Number of users who have read the message at least once.

Recurring Reads: Number of additional reads from users who read the message multiple times.

Total Clicks: Total number of clicks recorded for the campaign:

Unique Clicks: Number of users who clicked on links in the message at least once.

Returning Clicks: Number of additional clicks recorded from users who clicked more than once.

Cost per Click: Calculated as total spend divided by the total number of clicks:

Total Spend: Calculated as the cost per channel (from settings) multiplied by the total messages processed.

CTR (Click Through Rate): Calculated as unique impressions (reads) divided by unique clicks.

In addition to performance metrics, reports provide a detailed analysis of each campaign, including metrics such as endpoint, target audience, and status. You can download this analysis in a .csv format.
The reports feature allows you to:

Generate a Detailed Report: Available in the Exports feature, allowing you to download and share it with external or internal team members.

Single-Screen View:

Campaign Summary: Displays reasons for unprocessed and failed messages.

File Summary: Shows metrics such as total records, processed and unprocessed records, file pickup time, and file processing duration.

File-Level Performance: Includes metrics such as total audience, total processed, total delivered, total clicks, and CTR.

Total Leads and Revenue Generated

Click Info: Includes metrics such as total clicks, unique clicks, returning clicks, and not clicked.

User Info: Shows metrics such as total users, returning users, users not clicked, and clicks per user.

Manage Campaigns: Preview, cancel, and pause an ongoing campaign through the reports page.
Generate a Detailed Report$
To generate a detailed report of your campaign:

Go to Reports from the left menu bar.

Under Campaign Name, click the ellipsis icon (...) next to the campaign.

Select Generate Detailed Report from the drop-down menu.
Your report will be available in Download a Detailed Report, where you can download it.
Filter Reports$
Campaign Manager allows you to filter your desired report either by date (last 7 days), or by advanced options such as message tags, endpoint name, link name, and/or campaign status.
To filter a campaign using advanced options,

Go to Reports from the left menu bar.

Click the funnel icon (
) at the top right corner of the screen.
A side menu opens. -
Under Filter Type, select any one of the following types:
- Message Tags
- Endpoint Name
- Link Name

Select the corresponding names based on the above types from the drop-down menu.

Under Campaign Status, select your desired status from the drop-down menu.

Click Apply.
Your desired reports appear based on the filters you have selected.You can click the reset button to remove the filters after completing your analysis.
