Template Status

Each template has to go through multiple statuses from its creation to deletion. The following statuses help track and manage the template's lifecycle, ensuring that all necessary checks are maintained.

Status

Description

Approval Rejected

If the template does not meet certain criteria or standards, it may be rejected during the approval process. This requires revisions before resubmission.

Approval Pending

This status indicates that the template has been completed but is awaiting approval from the designated authority. It cannot be fully utilized until it is approved by business group users.

Pending Deletion

This status suggests that the template has been marked for deletion but has not yet been removed. This can occur if the template is no longer needed or has been replaced.

Paused

The creation or approval process of the template has been temporarily halted, potentially due to external factors or awaiting additional information.

Reinstated

A template that was previously deleted or paused has been brought back into consideration. It may be undergoing review again or edits based on feedback.

Disabled

Indicates that the template is no longer active and cannot be used. It may be disabled for various reasons, such as being outdated or replaced.

In_Appeal

The template has been restored after being paused, deleted, or rejected. It may be undergoing further review or modifications.

Invalid

The template does not meet the required criteria or standards, rendering it unusable. This status could also indicate formatting issues or errors in the content.

Flagged

The template has been marked for attention, possibly due to concerns raised about its content, compliance, or usefulness. This could lead to further investigation or review.

Suspended

The creation or use of the template has been temporarily halted. This may be due to policy violations or pending further review.

Rejected

The template has been reviewed and is not approved for use. Reasons for rejection could include non-compliance with guidelines or lack of necessary information.

Verified

The template has been reviewed and confirmed to meet all necessary criteria. It is approved for use.

Partially Active

The template may be operational but is missing certain elements or has limitations on its use until further actions are taken.

Deleted

The template has been permanently removed from the system and can no longer be used or accessed.

Unverified

The template has not yet undergone review or approval, meaning its legitimacy or compliance has not been confirmed.

Approved

The template has met all requirements and received full approval for use in its intended context.

In Progress

The template is currently being created or modified and is not yet finalized or ready for review.
