Adding Enterprises
Why Enterprises are needed?$
Enterprises are the entities that are added to the Aggregator platform. The aggregator can add multiple enterprises to manage their operations. Each enterprise has its own set of channels, contacts, and preferences. The aggregator is allowed to manage the enterprise operations only if the enterprise authorizes the aggregator request.
Adding Enterprises$
Authorized Users:
- Super Admin
- Admin
To add an enterprise,
- Login to the Aggregator platform using the valid credentials.
- Navigate to Enterprises from the left menu.
- Click +Add Enterprise at the top right corner.

Select Continue
The Setup Enterprise Profile form opens.
Step 1: Set up Business/KYC details$

In the Legal Business Name field, enter your enterprise name.
Note
Your legal name should be alphanumeric including special characters should not contain any spaces between words and should have a length of 100 characters.

In the Industry Type field, select your type of industry from the drop-down menu.
Note
Your enterprise name and industry type must be recognized by the local government.

In the No. of Employees field, select the size of your company from the drop-down menu.

(Optional) In the BU/Enterprise code field, enter the relevant code. This code helps you filter reports or billing exports occur.

Under the Billing Plan, select the radio button next to any one of the following.
- Prepaid
- Postpaid

Click the Channels button and select the channels that you want to add or manage for an enterprise.
- Enter the PEID (Principal entity identifier) of an enterprise if you select the SMS channel. This PEID helps you validate all sender IDs and templates.

Click Corporate Logo button, then upload or drop your corporate logo from your desktop.
Note
Your logo should be less than 1 MB in size and the accepted formats are .jpeg, jpg, and .png.

Click the Contact Information, then select any of the following from the drop-down menu.
- Commercial Contact
- Legal Contact
- Business Contact: - a mandatory and primary contact to which the enterprise activation details are sent.
- Technical Contact
The contact form opens on the right pane.

Click Add.
The contact details form opens. -
Fill in the following details:
- Your Name
- Designation
- Email and Phone number with country code

Click Save. Your contact details will be saved.

Click Add to add another contact details.
Note
You can add a maximum of 3 contact types for your enterprise.

Click the Supporting Document.

Select Business Type from the following
- Government Entity
- Individual
- Limited Liability Partnership
- Partnership Firm
- Private Limited
- Public Limited
- Sole Proprietorship
- Trust, Association, Society & Club (TASC)

Select Type of Document from the following

Tax Deduction Account Number: A ten-digit alphanumeric number. The first 4 components of the TAN are alphabets, the next 5 are numbers and the last is an alphabet.

GST Identification Number: A 15-character long alpha-numeric code. The first character should be a digit from 0 to 9 followed by the PAN of the taxpayer (10 characters long) then end with a digit or an alphabet (case-sensitive).

Company Identification Number: A 21-digit alpha-numeric code issued to companies incorporated within the country.

Business PAN: A 10-character long alpha-numeric code, first 5 letters should be uppercase alphabets followed by digits 0 to 9 then followed by an uppercase alphabet.

Click + next to the Type of Document field.
a. Enter the corresponding unique Identifier in the field based on the type of document.
b. Upload the respective document based on the type of document.
Note
Upload file size should be less than 1 MB and accepted formats are .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg.

Click the Aggregator Agreement and select the Type of Document for initiating a partnership from the following options.
- Partnership Agreement: A formal contract between two or more parties who wish to manage and operate a business together with the goal of making a profit.
- Others: Other documents include a typical contract document.
Note
The supporting document should be less than 5 MB and in .pdf format.

Click the Preferences.
A form appears.-
Select an appropriate Time Zone from the drop-down menu.

Select your desired Currency from the drop-down menu.

Select your desired Language from the drop-down menu.

Click Next.
Step 2: Assign Platform Entity Permissions$

(Optional) Checkbox next to Control this enterprise. This enables the aggregator to manage following permissions for all channels.

Use Only: Aggregator can only use the Senders/templates added by the enterprise through their portal and cannot create any on their behalf.

Use and Manage: Aggregators can create Senders/templates on behalf of the enterprises and run campaigns. Enterprise can also add their own list - and the same is automatically available for Aggregators

Select the Selected Channels if you would prefer to modify permissions for sender ID and template ID for each channel you have selected in the Step 1. You can not modify permissions at channel level, if you checkbox next to Control this enterprise.

Select the Data Protection. The aggregator can manage the data protection settings for each enterprise after its initial onboarding. See more on Data protection settings.
The data protection screen open on the right pane. -
Toggle on/off next to the Data Protection to enable or disable it.

Select Next.
Step 3: Assign App Permissions$

Toggle on or off next to the apps that you would prefer to enable. Currently, the following apps are available and these are selected while onboarding an enterprise.
- Campaign Manager
- Digital Asset Manager
- URL Shortener

Click Setup.
Your enterprise request will be listed under Pending requests tab of Enterprises page and it will be sent to Ops-portal admin approval. Once your request is approved, the enterprise will be added in Active Enterprises tab. Hence, the aggregator can manage the enterprise operations.
