Reviewing Partner Requests

The enterprise can approve or reject the requests created by the partners. The requests include,

The enterprise can re-approve a request if it is rejected first-time.

Reviewing Channels and their Permissions Requests$

Authorized Roles:

  • Super Admin

  • Admin

To review channel requests,

  1. Login to the Wisely account with valid credentials.

  2. Select Partnership from the left menu.
    By default, an active partners tab appears.

  3. Select Pending Requests tab.
    A list pending requests appears.

  4. Select Review next to the channel and its permissions that you would prefer to review.
    A modal window opens where you can see channel permissions.

  5. Select one or more Sender IDs from the dropdown menu that you want to attribute to a channel.

  6. Select one or more Template Categories from the dropdown menu that you want to attribute to a channel.

    Note

    The sender ID and/or template category fields are enabled only when the partner sets the channel permissions as “Use Only” while requesting.

  7. Select Approve.
    The channel and its permissions will be enabled or disabled for the partner that requested. If you reject the request, the Re-approve button is enabled for re-review.

Reviewing App Requests$

Authorized Roles:

  • Super Admin

  • Admin

To review app requests,

  1. Login to the Wisely account with valid credentials.

  2. Select Partnership from the left menu.
    By default, an active partners tab appears.

  3. Select Pending Requests tab.
    A list pending requests appears.

  4. Select Review next to the app that you would prefer to review.
    A confirmation modal window opens.

  5. Select Approve.
    The app will be enabled or disabled for the partner that requested. If you reject the request, the Re-approve button is enabled for re-review.
