Viewing and Managing Active Enterprises

Aggregators can view and manage the following operations of an enterprise(s) via an interactive user interface.

Viewing Enterprise Profile$

To view enterprise profile,

  1. Navigate to Enterprises from the left menu.
    You will be landed onto the active enterprise’s tab.

  2. Click View & Manage next to the enterprise that you would like to explore.
    By default, you will be landed to your desired enterprise profile where you can view the enterprise logo, billing and communication address, business contact, and business documents like PAN, and GST Identification number.

Managing Existing and Requesting New Permissions for Active Enterprises$

The aggregator can request an enterprise to enable or disable the channels and their permissions specific to that enterprise. Once the enterprise approves the requests, the channels and their permissions will be active and ready to send business communications.

Requesting for Enabling Channels and Modifying Channel Permissions$

Aggregators can request the enterprise(s) to enable additional channels to that specific enterprise if not added during initial configuration. In addition to enabling channels, the aggregators can also request enterprises to modify permissions of existing channels.

To enable additional channels and modify permissions of existing channels,

  1. Navigate to Enterprises from the left menu.
    You will be navigated to the active enterprises tab.

  2. Click View & Manage next to the enterprise that you would like to explore. By default, you will be landed onto your desired enterprise profile.

  3. Select Channels tab.
    A list of channels page appears.

  4. Select Request Channel next to the channel that you would like to enable.
    A modal window appears with sender and template permissions.

    Note

    When you request an SMS channel, you will need to provide PEID to send a request to enterprise.

  5. Modify the following permissions next to sender and templates that you would like to enable for the channel.

    • Use Only: Aggregator can only use the Senders/templates added by the Enterprise through their portal and cannot create any on their behalf.

    • Use and Manage: Aggregators can create Senders/templates on behalf of the Enterprises and run campaigns. Enterprise can also add their own list - and the same is automatically available for Aggregators.

  6. Select Request.
    Your permissions request will be sent to the enterprise for approval and listed under pending requests tab. Once the enterprise reviews and approves the request, your desired permissions will be updated for the channel you selected.

Requesting for Disabling Channels and its Permissions$

Aggregators can request the enterprise(s) to disable the existing channels if they are no longer required.

To disable channels and its permissions,

  1. Navigate to Enterprises from the left menu.
    You will be navigated to the active enterprises tab.

  2. Select View & Manage next to the enterprise that you would like to explore.
    By default, you will be landed onto your desired enterprise profile.

  3. Select Channels tab.
    A list of channels page appears.

  4. Select Request Permissions next to the channel that you would like to modify.
    A modal window appears.

  5. Select Disable channel.

  6. Select Request.
    Your request will be sent to the enterprise for approval. Once the enterprise reviews and approves the request, your channel will be disabled.

Requesting for Enabling or Disabling Apps$

Aggregator can request an enterprise to enable or disable apps that the aggregator manages. Currently, the following apps are available in the aggregator.

  • Campaign Manager
  • Digital Asset Manager

To enable/disable apps,

  1. Navigate to Enterprises from the left menu.
    You will be navigated to the active enterprises tab.

  2. Select View & Manage next to the enterprise that you would like to explore. By default, you will be landed onto your desired enterprise profile.

  3. Select Apps tab.
    A list of apps page opens. If the app is in disabled state, then you can see Request app button is highlighted.

  4. Select Request app next to the app that you would prefer to enable.
    A confirmation message modal opens.

  5. Select Request.
    Your request will be sent to the enterprise for approval. Once the enterprise reviews and approves the request, your app will be enabled.

    In addition to sending a request for enabling your desired app, you can also send a request to disable it. Select the Disable app next to the app that you would prefer to disable. Your request will be sent to the enterprise for approval. Once the enterprise reviews and approves the request, your app will be disabled.

Managing Data Protection Settings$

Aggregators can view and manage the data protection settings for an enterprise. To access the data protection, navigate to the General tab of an enterprise that you want to manage. Select the View & Manage under Actions column. For more details, refer to data protection settings.
