Agent Configuration
Once the RBM settings are active, you can start creating RCS agents and add test devices to them.
The agent workflow process involves the following stages:
Creating an Agent

To activate or add agents to the RCS channel,

Login to Aggregator platform using your username and password.

Navigate to Channels → RCS → My Agents from the left menu.

Click the Create Agent at the top right corner.
A dropdown menu opens. -
Click the +Create New Agent from the dropdown menu.
An agent creation form opens. -
Under Agent Country and telecom,
-
select a country from the dropdown menu.
-
Select a carrier from the dropdown menu. The carriers are shown based on the country selected.

Select a Service Provider from the dropdown menu. The service providers are shown based on the carrier selected.

Under Agent Details and Setup Agent Profile,
-
Select your Enterprise/brand name from the dropdown menu that you want to assign to the agent.

Enter a name for your agent in the Agent Name field.

Select an Agent Type from the dropdown menu.
-
Select a Message Type from the dropdown menu. The message types are:
- OTP
- Promotional
- Transactional

Enter the agent description in the Agent Description field.

Select the brand color from the color palette.

Under the Agent Banner, upload the banner image. The banner image should be less than 200 KB and accepted formats are .pdf, .png, .jpeg, .jpg. Optimal resolution: 1440 x 448 px.

Under the Agent Logo, upload the agent logo. The agent logo should be less than 50 KB and accepted formats are .pdf, .png, .jpeg, .jpg. Optimal resolution: 224 x 224 px.

Under Contact Details,

Enter the Primary Phone Number and provide the Phone Number Label for easy identification.

Enter the Email ID and provide the Email Label for easy identification.

Enter the Website and provide the Website Label for easy identification. The URL should start with
https://.
Note
Atleast one primary phone number and one email ID is required.

Under Privacy Policy URL, enter the URL of the privacy policy. The URL should start with
https://. -
Under Terms of Use URL, enter the URL of the terms of use. The URL should start with
https://. -
Select Request. A popup message opens.

Select Submit for Approval.
Once submitted, it will be moved to Agent Approval Pending status and appears in the Agent listing page. See more on agent status. If the agent is approved, you are ready to add test devices and start sending test messages to them.
Authenticating an Agent
After the agent with status as Agent Approval Pending is approved, the authentication credentials will be sent to the user's email ID and status of the agent will be moved to Agent verification pending. The authentication credentials include the client id and secret key.
To authenticate the agent,

To authenticate the agent,

Navigate to Channels → RCS → My Agents from the left menu.
By default, you will be navigated to the My Agents tab. -
Search for the agent name for which you want to authenticate.

Click the eye icon (
) next to the agent name.
The agent details page opens. -
Select the Click here to authenticate at the top of the page.
The authentication modal opens. -
Copy and paste the Client ID and Secret Key in the respective fields.

Click Authenticate.
Once authenticated, the verify and launch button will be enabled.
Adding Test Devices
After the agent is authenticated, you can add test devices to the agent. You can add test numbers and send message from the authenticated agent. See more on adding test devices.
Note
This step is crucial to test the agent and use the screenshots for the agent verification process.
Verifying and Launching an Agent
After the agent is authenticated and tested, you will need to verify the agent by providing the agent experience questionnaire and brand/enterprise KYC details to launch the agent.

To verify and launch the agent,

Navigate to Channels → RCS → My Agents from the left menu.
By default, you will be navigated to the My Agents tab. -
Search for the agent name for which you want to verify and launch.

Click the eye icon (
) next to the agent name.
The agent details page opens. -
Click the Verify and Launch at the top right corner.
The agent verification page opens.
Step 1: Setup Bot Interaction and Experience

Checkbox next to the Use pre-filled answers from brand questionnaire, or fill-in the answers manually. See more on agent experience questionnaire.

Select the existing or prefilled questionnaire from the dropdown menu that you would like to use for the agent verification.
The agent verification form will be populated with the pre-filled answers from the selected questionnaire.Note
If you edit the answers for the pre-filled questionnaire, the answers will not be updated in the questionnaire until you click the Save responses button at the bottom of the page.
The answers will be saved as a new questionnaire in the Questionnaire listing page. -
Under Agent Screenshots, upload the relevant images of the agent. You can add upto a maximum of 10 images. The accepted formats are .png, .jpeg, .jpg.

Under Agent Video URLs, enter the relevant video URLs of the agent. You can add upto a maximum of 8 video URLs. Allowed fromat is the standard URL validations with support for braces {, } to allow for dynamic URL. Example:

Select Continue at the bottom of the form.
You will be navigated to the Add brand details and KYC documents form.
Step 2: Add Brand/Enterprise Details and KYC Documents

Checkbox next to the Utilize existing enterprise KYC Document.
The existing enterprise KYC document will be populated in the form.
Any non-conformant fields in the existing enterprise KYC document can be updated manually.

Fill-in Brand KYC details manually:

In the Brand/Enterprise Name field, enter the name of the brand. The brand name allows alphabets, space, no double space, no special characters except ., -, &

Select the Indusrty Type from the dropdown menu.

In the Official Website URL field, enter the URL of the official website. The URL should start with
https://. -
In the Brand Logo field, upload the brand logo. The accepted formats are .png, .jpeg, .jpg. and file size should be less than 1 MB. Optimal resolution: 224 x 224 px.

Under Contact Person, enter the following details:

In the Fist Name field, enter the name of the contact person.

In the Last Name field, enter the last name of the contact person.

In the Designation field, enter the designation of the contact person.
-
In the Phone Number field, enter the phone number of the contact person.

In the Email ID field, enter the email ID of the contact person.

Under Company Address, enter the following details:

In the Address Line 1 field, enter the address line 1 of the company.

In the Address Line 2 field, enter the address line 2 of the company.

In the City field, enter the city of the company. The city name should allow Alphabets, spaces allowed, double spaces not allowed, no special characters except & and -

In the State field, enter the state of the company. The state name should allow Alphabets, spaces allowed, double spaces not allowed, no special characters except & and -.

In the Country field, select the country of the company from the dropdown menu.

In the Pincode field, enter the pincode of the company. The pincode should be a 6-digit number.

Under Business Verification, select the Document Type from the dropdown menu. Only two document types are allowed and allowed document types are:

Address proof of principal place of business

Bank account details

Certificate of incorporation given by Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Company Brand Registration Proof

Company Registration Proof

Consent letter / NOC from the owner (in case of consent arrangement or shared property)

Allowed formats for the document types are: PEG, JPG, PNG, and PDF only. File size should be less than 1 MB.

Select Continue at the bottom of the form.
A confirmation modal opens. -
Click Proceed to move to the next step.
The status of the agent will be moved to Active, once it is verified and approved by the telco, and brand/enterprise POC confirmation.
Viewing an Agent
Wisely provides a user-friendly interface to view the agent details and agent questionnaire details. The agent details include general details,contact details, brand details, and business KYC documents. In addition to these, you can see the preview of the agent and agent history.
The agent history includes who, when, and what actions were taken on the agent.
