Agent Status

• Agent Approval Pending: A new agent creation request is submitted for approval and awaiting for approval from telco.
• Agent Verification Pending: The Agent after approval from 'Agent Approval Pending' status will be moved to 'Agent Verification Pending' status.
• Active: Agent is launched and live after 'Agent Verification Pending' status is approved
• Inactive: Agent deactivated and no longer can send messages to users.
• Rejected: The telco admin rejected the agent during initial approval or verification stage. The approver rejection comments at the time of rejection will be visible in the agent listing page.
• Suspended: Agent suspended by Google due to policy violation and can no longer send messages to users.
