RBM Settings
Once the RCS channel is configured, you will be prompted to set up the RBM settings for the specific telco. Currently supports (Vi MaaP).
After you have logged in to the Wisely using your username and password,

Navigate to Channels → RCS → RBM Settings from the left menu.
You will be navigated to the RBM Settings page. -
Click the Setup RBM Settings.
A form opens. -
Fill-in the form with the following details:

Under the Agent Country and Telecom,

Select your desired country from the dropdown menu.

Select your desired operator from the dropdown menu.

Under the RBM Account details,

Enter the client id in the Client ID field.

Enter the client secret in the Client Secret field.
Note
The client ID and client secret will be sent to email by the RCS service provider , once the onboarding is complete on the respective telco RBM platform (e.g, VI MaaP).

Click Authenticate.

The RBM settings are one-time setup. Once it is completed, you can start configuring RCS agents and templates. See more on agent configuration.
