Test Devices
Wisely provides you to add test mobile numbers to any RCS agent to send messages to them using pre-existing templates before going live. Once the admin approves the agent creation request, you are ready to add test mobile numbers and start sending messages to the devices you have added for testing.
Note
You can add test mobile numbers up to a maximum of 10 per agent.
Add Test Devices

To add test devices,

Login to Aggregator platform using your username and password.

Navigate to Channels → RCS from the left menu.
By default, you will be navigated to the My Agents tab. -
Click on the Test Devices tab.
The test devices page opens. -
Click the Add Test Device.
The test device modal window opens. -
Select the Enterprise name from the dropdown menu that you want to assign to the test device .

Select the Agent Name from the dropdown menu.

Enter the Test Mobile Number in the Phone Number field.

Click Save.
The test device will be added to the test devices listing page and the agent device will be moved to Activation pending status. Also, a notification will be sent to RCS app on the tester number. -
Click on Make me a tester on the handset and the status will be changed to Active in the test devices listing page. If you do not want to add the test device, click on Decline in the handset and the agent phone number will be moved back to Activation pending status.
Note
If you decline the tester invitation message on the handset and delete the test device request from the Aggregator platform, the system will not allow you to add the same test device phone number again until you click Make me a tester on the handset.
Delete Test Devices
You can remove the test device phone numbers permanently if you no longer want to send messages to them.

To remove the test device phone numbers permanently,

Login to Aggregator platform using your username and password.

Navigate to Channels → RCS from the left menu.
By default, you will be navigated to the My Agents tab. -
Click on the Test Devices tab.
The test devices page opens. -
Click the Trash bin icon (
) next to the test device phone number.
A popup message opens. -
Select Delete.
The test device phone number will be removed permanently. You can add the same test device phone number again if required.Warning
If you decline and delete the tester invitation on the handset, and delete the test device request from the Aggregator platform, the system will not allow you to add the same test device phone number again ever.
