Manage SMS Templates

With SMS templates, you can send various messages including OTP, transactional, or promotional to multiple users without errors or omissions. Templates simplify and speed up the communication between an enterprise and its users, especially in recurrent messages.

Use the following example to send an SMS template message with custom variables and personalize them with appropriate content for each recipient.

In the above example, you must replace the account no#, amount, date_time and phone number.

Note

Add the DLT approved templates only to Wisely as the content of these templates is validated and approved by DLT platform.
