Service Implicit$

Implicit means that the customer does not need to give consent explicitly to receive the business communications from the sender. Implicit Consent, as defined in the regulation, refers to a form of permission that can be reasonably deduced or inferred from the customer's behaviour or the established relationship between the message recipient (Recipient) and the message sender (Sender).
The messages sent to the customer using these templates are strictly adhering to the TRAI and DLT regulations. Any message, that originates from the sender, should be non-promotional in nature and the customer is free to open the message and reply to the same.

Service Explicit$

As per the TRAI regulations, businesses should send their communications to the customers who explicitly stated their consent. Their consent is recorded by the consent registrar. Unlike service implicit templates where customer consent is implicitly deduced, service explicit templates require the customer to provide clear and direct consent before receiving messages.
These templates are widely used in e-commerce, entertainment, retail, and healthcare sectors.
