Introduction
The Download Centre is a centralized space for all your report download requests across different modules. Whether you’re an Admin, Manager, TL, or Agent, this section provides easy access to the data you need—be it raw chat logs, offline queries, push notification stats, or customer details.
Who Can Access
- Admin

- Team Lead

Key Fields on the Screen

ID: Each request is tagged with a unique identifier, making it easier to track specific downloads.

File Type: Indicates the source of the file such as:
- Archive Chat Logs
- Offline Messaging
- Push Notification Reports
- Customer Info Reports
- Dashboard Reports and much more...

Duration: Displays the start and end dates for which the data was pulled.

Requested On: Shows the timestamp when the download request was made.

Status:
Indicates whether the file is: - Processing ⏳ - Ready to Download ✅ - Failed ❌
- Action:
Offers two options: - Download ⬇️ to get the report - Delete 🗑️ to remove the request from the list
Filters for Quick Access
You can narrow your search using the Filter bar, which allows you to:
- Select a File Type
- Choose a specific Date Range
- Click Submit to refresh the list with filtered results
Pro Tips
- Request reports from anywhere in the platform—Archive, Chat, Push, etc.—and they’ll appear right here
- Files stay available for download for a limited time, so don’t wait too long!
- Use clear date ranges and file types to avoid confusion when downloading multiple reports
