Whether it's a follow-up, a report, or a closing note, this module ensures your support doesn’t stop at chat.

What It Does

  • Real-time email editor built right inside the agent panel.

What You’ll See in the Sent Email Panel

  • Sender Info: Agent who sent the email
  • Customer Email: Recipient’s email ID
  • Subject: Email subject line used
  • Email Body: Preview of the content shared
  • Attachments: Any files sent
