WhatsApp Push Statistics

"Track the performance of every WhatsApp push and fine-tune your outreach."

Purpose

The WhatsApp Push Statistics module provides detailed tracking of every WhatsApp push message sent via the system. Admins and agents can monitor the reach, delivery status, and response patterns, ensuring better targeting and timely follow-ups.

Key Fields Explained

  • Source Identifier: Identifies the origin of the message push (e.g., Admin, Agent, or User-initiated).
  • Agent Name: Name of the agent who initiated the push message.
  • Customer Number: The contact number of the customer who received the push.
  • Customer Name: Name of the customer (if available from the system or CRM).
  • Alias Name: A custom name assigned to the customer for easier identification.
  • Group: The agent’s group to which the customer is mapped.
  • UID: Unique identifier (e.g., CRM ID or Customer ID) for tracking the customer in other systems.
  • Stickiness Time: The duration the customer stays engaged with the push content (i.e., the time from when the message was delivered to the first response or interaction).
  • First Connect Status: The status of the first connection with the customer (e.g., “Connected,” “Not Connected”).
  • Template ID: The identifier of the template used for the WhatsApp push message.
  • Pushed At: The exact timestamp when the WhatsApp push message was sent.
  • Delivered At: The exact timestamp when the push message was successfully delivered to the customer.

Pro Tips

  • Monitor Stickiness Time: A longer stickiness time can indicate good engagement. If it's low, review your message templates or targeting strategies.
  • Use Template ID for Insights: Tracking which templates have the best delivery rates can help optimize your outreach efforts.
  • Track First Connect Status: Ensure that your pushes reach the customer, and that they engage with the message promptly for better results.
