Wisely supports template creation for multiple channels, and the admins can create templates for each channel individually, streamlining seamless customer communication.
Create Templates
Required Permissions
Admin/Super Admin
To create templates,
Login to the Wisely account with your valid credentials.
Navigate to Templates from the left menu.
Click Add Template at the top right corner.
Click on Channel Type from the drop-down menu
Select a desired channel from the drop-down menu.
For further steps, refer to the template sections of the following channels.
Once you submit the template for approval, the template is listed on the All Templates and specific channel listing page. If the template approval workflow is assigned for the template you created, it goes to the approvers at a single or multiple levels. The status is flagged as “Approval Pending”. After the approvers at multiple levels approve the template, it goes to the telcos’ internal approvals.

Click on Channel Type from the drop-down menu
Select a desired channel from the drop-down menu.

Select the respective WABA Account from the drop-down menu.
RCS
Select the respective Agent Type from the drop-down menu.
Select Enterprise Name from the drop-down menu.
Click Next.
The Add template page opens based on your selected channel type.

View Templates
To view the template details,

A list of templates appears.

) next to the template you want to view.

Edit Templates
You can edit the details of a template if you would prefer to change it in the Wisely UI.
To edit the template,
Navigate to Templates from the left menu.
The template listing page opens.Click the stencil icon (
) far right of your template.
The edit template page opens.Modify your desired details and click Submit for Approval.
The template status changed to “Approval Pending” if template approval work is assigned to it. See more on Template Status.
