Overview
Message links, also known as chat links, are URLs that, when clicked, open a chat or messaging window directly with a specific contact within WhatsApp.
How Message Links Work
Format: The link usually follows a specific format defined by the messaging platform. For example: WhatsApp: https://wa.me/<phone_number>
Click to Open Chat: When someone clicks the link, it automatically opens the chat in the respective app or web version of the service, allowing the sender and receiver to start a conversation instantly.

Customer Support: Businesses use message links on their websites or social media to provide quick access to support.
Marketing and Sales: Companies include these links in ads, emails, or social media posts to drive direct communication with potential customers.
