Overview
The Media tab in the Truecaller channel is a feature that allows businesses to include multimedia elements in their messaging campaigns. This enhancement enables richer, more interactive communication, which can help improve customer engagement.
The media tab consists of the different multimedia types that are linked to the Truecaller channel while uploading media in the Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
Media Types Supported:
Images: High-resolution images to add visual appeal to messages. The image size should be less than 100MB and the accepted formats are .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif.
Videos: Short videos that enhance storytelling and engagement. The video size should be less than 16MB and the accepted format is .mp4.
Audio Clips: Audio messages or sound clips to deliver information verbally. The audio size should be less than 5MB and the accepted format is .mp3.
Documents: PDFs for users to download directly from the message. The document size should be less than 5MB and the accepted format is .pdf.
You can view and download the media types directly from the media tab of a Truecaller channel.
Navigating the Media tab
To navigate to the media tab of a Truecaller channel,
Go to the Channels from the left menu bar.
Under Truecaller, click the Business Profiles in the left side menu.
By default, you will be landed on my agent’s page.Click the Media tab to access the multiple media types uploaded to it.
