SMS
A. Without Fallback Channels
Select a Sender ID from the dropdown menu. Refer to Sender ID creation from Wisely.
Under SMS Content, select the language:
English: Allows you to write and deliver the message in English.
Multilingual: Allows you to choose your desired language and delivers the message to end users in the selected language.
Shorten Links (Optional): Transforms long URLs into shorter, readable URLs if enabled.
Flash (Optional): Delivers the message as a temporary notification to the end user.
Transliteration (Optional): Transforms an English message into the desired language using the multilingual option.
Insert Link (Optional): Allows you to add a shortened link in the message content, configured in the Links module. Refer to Links.
Insert Variable (Optional): Allows you to add a column name from the contacts file you uploaded in Step 1. Enabled only when the upload type is Numbers and Variables in Step 1.
Enter a value in the DLT Template ID, which is obtained from the DLT platform.
(Optional) Enter text in the Message Tags.
(Optional) Toggle on Advanced Processing if you want additional campaign control:
Campaign Cut-Off: Select the date and time to stop the campaign.
Distributed Delivery: Set the number of messages to send within a specific time (e.g., 100 messages in 15 minutes).
Campaign Run Between: Set the time range for running the campaign.
On the right side of the page, under Send Test SMS, enter a number to send a message for testing.
After a successful test, click Save and Next.
B. With Fallback Channels
This flow is applicable when you have one or more fallback channels selected to deliver your message if the main channel fails to send. You can use fallback channels up to a maximum of 3.
Complete the mandatory details for each Fallback Channel you select.
i. For Truecaller: Refer to Step 2 of Setup Truecaller Campaigns
ii. For WhatsApp: Refer to Step 2 of Setup WhatsApp Campaigns.
iii. For RCS: Refer to Step 2 of Setup RCS Campaigns.
(Optional) Toggle on Advanced Processing if you want additional campaign controls:
Campaign Cut-Off: Select the date and time to stop the campaign.
Distributed Delivery: Choose the number of messages to send within a specific time frame (e.g., 100 messages in 15 minutes).
Campaign Run Between: Set a time range for running the campaign.
On the left, navigate to each fallback channel and see the preview of your message.

A preview of your message is available once the template format is selected.
Click Save and Next.

Select WhatsApp Templates from the dropdown menu. Templates associated with the selected sender number will be available here.

RCS
A. Without Fallback Channels
Select the Sender Number from the dropdown menu. The Sender numbers which are associated with an endpoint will appear in the dropdown menu.
Select the Templates from the dropdown menu. The templates which are associated with the sender number will appear in the dropdown menu.
Note
Based on the template you choose, the content varies in the subsequent fields.
(Optional) In the Message Tags field, enter message tags for future reference.
(Optional) Toggle on Advanced Processing, if you would like to control the campaign.
Campaign Cut-off: allows you to select the date and time at which you want to stop the campaign.
Distributed Delivery: enables you to choose the number of messages to be sent within the selected time. Let’s say, 100 messages are to be delivered in 15 mins.
Campaign Run Between: allows you to set the time range in which you want to run the campaign.
On the right side of the page, under Send Test RCS Message, enter a number to send a message for testing.

Truecaller
A. Without Fallback Channels
Select Sender Number from the dropdown menu. The Sender numbers which are associated with an endpoint will appear in the dropdown menu.
Under Templates, you can choose any of the following options.
a. Existing Templates – allows you to select the templates from the dropdown menu. These templates are associated with the endpoint which is subsequently linked with an access account.
b. Create New Template - allows you to create a new template if existing templates are not available for the selected endpoint.Message Type: allows you to use text in the message body or upload media including an image, a document, and a video. You can upload media either using a URL or media ID into the template. Based on the media type you have selected; the subsequent fields may appear. For example, an image requires a caption, a document requires a caption and document name, and a video requires a duration in seconds. For template creation, refer to this article from Wisely.
(Optional) In the Message Tags field, enter message tags for future reference.
(Optional) Toggle on Advanced Processing, if you would like to control the campaign.
