RCS

RCS (Rich Communication Services) in Wisely refers to an advanced messaging protocol that enhances standard SMS capabilities by offering rich media and interactive features. Wisely is a communication platform that integrates RCS to enable brands and businesses to deliver a more engaging and interactive messaging experience to their customers.

RCS uses carriers to send messages to the end customers. The Universal Profile established by the GSMA states that all new communication devices must contain a native messaging app that supports RCS. End users with a compatible device need not install a new application to receive RCS messages.

Use fallback channels to deliver RCS communications to devices not supporting RCS.

  5. Suggested Actions and Replies: Wisely leverages RCS to include suggested actions (like "Call Now," "Learn More," or "Buy Now") and quick reply options, making the interaction seamless and user-friendly.

  6. Webhook Support: Webhooks allow you to track message logs including outgoing and incoming messages through the Wisely platform.

Wisely has partnerships with the RCS technology providers that provide software for mobile network operators (MNOs). These MNOs enable businesses to communicate with their users. Currently, Wisely supports Vodafone Idea Maap and RJIO operators.
